Solisana is a wellness and lifestyle app for UV awareness, tanning routines, hydration tracking, sunscreen reminders, weather insights, and sun care planning. Solisana is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We collect or process information you choose to provide or enable in the app, including:

• Personalization responses, such as skin type, sun goals, UV sensitivity, routine preferences, hydration goals, sunscreen preferences, and reminder preferences.
• Hydration entries, hydration history, sunscreen timer state, sun routine progress, selected routines, and similar in-app activity.
• Location information, if you grant location permission, so the app can provide local weather, UV index, and sun care guidance.
• Manual location search inputs, if you choose to search for a place instead of using device location.
• Notification preferences and reminder schedules that you configure.
• Premium entitlement status needed to determine whether premium features are unlocked.
• Text you enter into local in-app guidance or chat-style features.

Solisana does not currently require account registration or login.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide UV, weather, hydration, sunscreen, and sun routine features.
• Personalize your sun care and tanning experience.
• Show local weather and UV information.
• Schedule reminders and notifications you choose to enable.
• Track local hydration, sunscreen, and routine progress.

3. Local Storage

Most Solisana app data is stored locally on your device using iOS storage, including UserDefaults and related local app storage. This may include personalization settings, hydration entries, reminder preferences, routine state, and premium access state.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data, subject to iOS behavior and any device backups.

4. Location Data

If you allow location access, Solisana uses your location to provide local weather, UV index, and sun care guidance. You may also manually search for a location instead of using your device’s current location.

You can change or revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Notifications

Solisana may ask for notification permission so it can send reminders related to hydration, sunscreen, UV conditions, or sun routines. Notifications are optional.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Solisana offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple StoreKit. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

The app may receive subscription status or entitlement information from Apple so premium features can be unlocked.

7. Third-Party Services

Solisana uses Apple services to provide core functionality, including:

• Apple WeatherKit for weather and UV information.
• Apple Core Location for location permission and location-based personalization.
• Apple MapKit for manual location search.
• Apple StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases.
• Apple UserNotifications for reminders.
• iOS sharing tools if you choose to share content.

Solisana does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking technologies.

8. Website Analytics

The Solisana website may use basic analytics tools to understand website traffic and improve the website. These tools may collect standard website usage information such as browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Provide app functionality through Apple services.
